How to Reset Your Headway Broker Password

Resetting your Headway Broker dashboard password is a quick 3-step process. Your funds and trading history are never affected by a password reset.

Go to the Headway Login Page and Click "Forgot Password?"

Visit hw.site and click the "Forgot password?" link located below the password field on the login form. This opens the password reset request page.

💡 You can also go directly to the password reset page by adding /forgot-password to the Headway URL. Make sure you are on the real hw.site domain before entering your email.

Enter Your Registered Email Address

Type in the exact email address you used when you registered your Headway account. Click Send Reset Link. Headway sends a password reset email to that address within 1–2 minutes.

💡 Common mistake: entering a different email than the one used to register. If you are not sure which email you used, try your main personal email, your work email, and any Gmail or Yahoo addresses you own.

Click the Reset Link and Set a New Password

Open the password reset email from Headway in your inbox. Click the reset link inside — it opens a secure page where you enter your new password twice. Create a strong password with at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Click Save and then log in with your new password.

💡 The reset link is typically valid for 60 minutes. If it expires before you click it, simply go back to the Headway login page and request a new reset link.
Your trading account balance, open positions, and trading history are not affected by a password reset. Only the dashboard login password changes — everything else stays exactly as it was.

Check spam, junk, and promotions folders
Password reset emails are sometimes filtered into spam or, for Gmail users, the Promotions or Updates tabs. Search your entire inbox for "Headway" or "hw.site" to find it.

Wait 5 minutes and request again
Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by your mail provider. If nothing arrives after 5 minutes, go back to the Headway forgot password page and request a new reset email.

Try a different email address
You may have registered with a different email than the one you are entering. Try all email addresses you own — your main personal email, work email, Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook accounts.
